Excellent all around care. We’ve been taking our two cats here since we got them. The office is cozy and clean. Front desk staff is really friendly and helpful. Dr. Baird is amazing. She is thorough and takes the time to answer all our questions. Absolutely love everything about the practice!

I have experienced interactions with veterinary technicians that I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. As a client seeking care for my pet, I expect clear communication, compassion, and a genuine commitment to resolving medical concerns. I would like to acknowledge that Briana was the only staff member who consistently demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness during our visits. I truly appreciated her approach and the respect she showed. Unfortunately, since her departure, the level of service I have experienced has noticeably declined. Unfortunately, my overall experience has left me feeling as though the focus has been more on billing than on providing attentive and thorough care. The doctors & entire staff always go above & beyond with their professionalism, care, friendliness, attentiveness & affection. The office is always very welcoming, comfortable & clean. Exceptional!

Absolutely loved this location for primary care for my new pup. I have recently lost my dog and decided to search for a new vet as my old one neglected him. But coming in this facility— it was so different than any experience I’ve had at the vet. They are welcoming, answer phone calls immediately and nicely, allow you to be with your dog in the exam room, and very kind staff. They loved my new little guy and took his pictures, gave endless treats and love. From having severe trauma from my previous dog’s passing, I was scared to visit the vet. But they made me feel safe. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome. I look forward to the appointments!
