Everyone here is so nice! I recently got a rescue dog, and I had some questions that needed to be addressed before the weekend. They were able to get us in, no problem, and the gals on the phone/front desk were so nice and accommodating. Our dog became reactive to another dog in the lobby, and the staff got us into a room right away. I waited over an hour at my last vet for a simple rabies shot (it was not busy), so I liked their promptness. Lauren took her time with us, which I appreciate. She was very kind and eager to answer any question, but also specified when something was beyond her knowledge/for a speciality vet. Outstanding experience with the team. I came in for help with my cat's weight. Everyone was compassionate and Dr. Soderberg took time to explain her recommendations, provided me with tools, and left me feeling confident. We had been bringing our pets to another local place for 20 years but decided to seek out a new place after a series of missteps from the previous provider. We found Total Pet Wellness and have been coming here for about a year now. We’ve been satisfied with the service, the prices and level of care from the doctor and her team. The place looks a little shabby from the street view as it’s in a former house and the property isn’t overly well kept on the outside. Don’t let that scare you away as inside the place is nice and the staff friendly and helpful.

I have never written a review ever for anything but I felt compelled to share our experience. My husband and I took our two kittens here to get a general exam and a rabies shot. At the exam it was discussed if we wanted to get some deworming stuff just in case, so we agreed to that. When we are leaving we are told we had a balance that seemed higher than expected but paid and asked for a receipt. We never received a receipt so we called again about and hour or so later and asked for the receipt and asked why we were charged so much. We were then told they changed us for a vaccine we never agreed to. All that was mentioned in the exam was a potential leukemia shot down the line which we declined. As it turns out they went ahead and either gave each cat an additional shot without either of u
