Grooming D'Tails

This was my first time meeting Kristi and grooming my little ponytail. We are very happy! She is a professional and did everything exactly as I wanted! I highly recommend her!!! Thank you so much ❤️

This was our first time bringing her to Grooming D’Tails and we’re so glad we did! They were so kind, professional, and clearly loves their job! We asked for Penny to just be round and floofy — she’s round and floofy!! Highly recommend.

Had a minor emergency with ne of our cats, she got tangled in one of those sticky hanging fly traps and got the glue all over her leg and belly. I called a few places that said “ huh….good luck” and when I called here I was greeted and told “ I will try and see what I can do” not only did she do an outstanding job but she obviously made our “Smudge” feel very comfortable and it took less than 10 minutes and the cat actually purred during the haircut……GREAT job and anyone that needs grooming for a pet I highly recommend making an appointment, Thank you for and outstanding job Kristi

I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve gone here. The customer service was fine and she was far from rude. I wouldn’t base opinions on any negative reviews you see here and see for your self.

We cannot praise her enough!! We have been to a handful of groomers for our big kitty, Sasuke. He is not the easiest kitty to work with, but she ends up grooming him the best every time! He comes home and is literally a different cat! Just happy and free from the discomfort of his big hair! You can tell she has all the experience to be doing what she does, and does fantastic! And cares for the animals. She is THE BEST! Thank you for all that you do!!
