Fantastic service. Dr. Smith quickly diagnosed a life threatening issue that our dog was experiencing and was able to perform surgery right away. He explains things clearly and his experience shows and instills confidence. He came in on his day off to make sure that our dog was progressing well after surgery, which we appreciated very much.The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Tongass Veterinary Services.

Tongass Vet is a god send to the entire Juneau community! It's not easy running a business in Juneau and I am so grateful for their professionalism and help with my dog. I would recommend them 1000% over.

Our sweet girl, Miss Maple, got quilled on a weekend hike and Dr. Sam got us in immediately. Mind you, this wasn’t any ordinary quilling so the situation alone was stressful, but Dr.Sam and his staff were so professional and kind and supportive.

Dr. Ross was terrific and really took time to understand my dog. All of the office staff members from booking the appointment to follow up were great. The reception area and exam room were very clean and welcoming with plenty of treats :). Jester will be back for sure!

Dr. Goss was very professional, kind and compassionate regarding my puppy’s issues. Our appointment was earlier in the morning, so there weren’t any other patients I could see. I appreciate that he took the time to get to know and observe her, listen to my concerns, as well as offer helpful suggestions. Kelly, the receptionist, was very kind and professional as well. I’ve decided he will be our Veterinarian going forward. The previous Veterinarian she saw was rushed and didn’t bother to even say hi to her. Plus the front desk staff are rude and lack professionalism. I understand every Veterinarian in this town is very busy these days. A little kindness and compassion is appreciated though.
