Even before the events of the last week my family and I have just loved Dr. Steven Torrence and his team, Shawna and Erin. They have been beyond compassionate, kind, caring, professional, and proactive. Our dog Balto is a frequent flier to the vets and they know and love him. When he got a mystery illness this week that continued to get worse as time went they exhausted every avenue leaving no stone unturned. They treated him like their own and were so compassionate to us as we panicked. They went above and beyond for us. We were already loyal to them recommending them to anyone who asked, but now we truly cannot express our gratitude and thanks. Best vet and team in the world!!!

Dr. Torrence and his staff provided excellent emergency care when our regular vet was unable to take x-rays. Dr. Torrence it us in immediately and made sure our small dog's hip had all the x-rays needed to make a diagnosis.

Best Veterinarian we have met in our travels. He is extremely knowledgeable and tells you like it is.

Dr. Torrence has given our pets the time and attention they needed, and thoroughly explained our options so we could make informed decisions. Very thankful for him and his staff.
