Beyond Perfect. The vet tech Emma was an absolute angel. My cat, Kiwi, struggles with a lot of anxiety, and she knew exactly how to handle her with patience and kindness. We were taken in quickly and seen by the doctor within the first 5-10 mins, which helped us feel at ease. The doctor was truly incredible. She helped calm Kiwi, listened carefully to every concern and question we had, and examined her thoroughly. She noticed things that other clinics missed. We left with real answers, clear next steps, and so much peace of mind. I honestly cannot explain how wonderful this clinic is. From beginning to end, we felt cared for. Kiwi did too.
