If the front office staff would have been welcoming and not so dismissive I would have left 5 stars. I'd suggest be more welcoming, front office. Say Hello or good morning, good afternoon. First thing I heard was " do you have a appt"? No hello, no welcome at all. Now for the Doctor and vet techs, totally awesome. Loved the doctor, she was great! And the vet techs, full of info and advice and very good. Thanks for getting my fur baby in.

Receptionist suck. They are hard to get into, never followed up on nurturing our puppy because we were told they weren’t doing surgeries at the time and they said they reach out to us when they were but they didn’t. Person who deals with scheduling is short and kind of rude. The doctor however was super nice and helpful eventually nurtured our puppy it was about $600 for the pain medicine and nurturing

The vet and staff are wonderful...true animal lovers! I'm a full-time RVer, and it's tough to stick around long enough to get an appointment. Huge shout out to Keska who was able to get my cat in before moving on to the next spot! And Dr. Henkel, thanks to the gabapentin, Rocky chilled out and didn't make a single sound on our last travel day!!! We both can't thank you enough. 😻

I noticed my red heeler with a swollen spot on her gums. It looked like a huge mass, tender and painful. My dog is a current patient here. I called and they said they are so busy but I could drop her off in a few days and they would fit her in between appointments. I was able to drop her off, get her checked out within the hour, and get her prepped for sedation and "surgery" to remove a grass seed that had gotten stuck in her mouth and inflamed. They did this for her all in between a full schedule of appointments. I really really appreciated being able to bring my dog to the vet that she knows rather than driving her to an emergency vet in Hillsboro. So grateful to the staff here! My girl feels much better already.

I’ve had good experiences here and I plan to keep coming back! The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and I feel all the staff genuinely cares about my dog. My dog has severe vet anxiety and they always go above and beyond to try to make it a good experience for her. They have also given me follow up calls to check on my dog and see how she’s doing. Definitely recommend!
