Pioneer Veterinary

I spoke to a very unprofessional woman named Marissa at reception who was extremely rude and hung up on me. she refused to answer any of my questions that I had and knew nothing about her own animal clinic. I have worked as a vet tech at VCA Animal Hospital and I would not recommend Pioneer you should always feel welcomed and comfortable at any clinic. I’ve never experience such poor customer service. I’ve been waiting over a year to get into this clinic and with the way I’ve been treated I’m officially never going here.

Our dogs had ingested rat poison the day before. The doctor & staff were very responsive & helpful to the point of checking the next day to make sure our doggoes were ok!

"Coal" appreciated her Annual Examination and renewal of her prescriptions for special dietary needs. She's been on her own "Kitty Craig" Program the last few years, and has lost over 3-lbs. She has taught her Family how to maintain her weight, and she actually jumps on her scale every morning on her own. The Family appreciates all the help we can get in her care, to avoid illnesses down-the-road like Diabetes, Chronic Kidney Disease, and Obesity. Almost sounds like those same ailments humans develop. She also wanted to express the gentleness you all conveyed, and care the Staff showed. It reflected on her in a positive visit, and she seemed to act like she never left home. "Coal" just wanted to say, "It was a "purrrr-fect" Veterinary Visit and see you all next year".

Love this place. Always wonderful to our animals and us. Highly recommend!

The vet techs were absolutely amazing with my cat they had a lot of love and compassion !!!!!
