We’ve been bringing our pets to Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital for many years (15+) and couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The entire staff is so kind, compassionate, and attentive. They always treat our fur babies like their own, and we truly appreciate the excellent service and genuine care every visit. We love Dr. Andi & Dr. Greg!! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital. They love and care for animals in such a special way. My pomeranian is VERY spoiled and loves her momma, but she loves the opportunity to go see and visit EVERYONE from the front desk staff, to the doctors. (Aaand Everyone in between) Could not ask for a BETTER place to take care of my "lil lady"

I’ve been going to Tidewater Trail for 20 years. They cared for one of my dogs for 11 years and I had to unexpectedly put him down. I showed up unannounced and completely emotional and they met me with so much kindness and compassion. They are just as exceptional in the routine experiences as they are in the difficult ones. Top notch service and even better people.

Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pet and the people who work their are so kind! I have an on going medical situation as well as being furloughed so things are tight but my dog needed flea medicine very bad and they worked with us to help get the medication my pup needed! To have them be so kind and understanding in such a tough time for my family has touched me deeply and was the silver lining I needed in my life right now. Thank you so much Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital you guys are wonderful and thank you for making sure my beloved pup was taken care of!!!

Missed diagnosing my cat with a broken hip wouldn't even do X-rays when I pointed out she couldn't walk fair. Was sent home. My cat collapsed under her own weight. Immediately called back and Dr was extremely annoyed as he was going into surgery and my car was apparently fine. Took her to Just Cats after I called told them what happening they made room for an emergency visit. She had broken hip. Never got an apology when I called back.
