England Run Veterinary Clinic

Excellent service. Every person went above and beyond with their customer service. My dog was extremely nervous. The vet and tech were VERY patient. They even made accomodations with her shots to let me comfort her. They are very honest about what shots your dog really needs. This is a welcome change from Aquia/Garrisonville which overcharges and does not have great customer service.

Exceptional facility, front desk assistance and, of course, doctors. I was incredibly impressed and then irritated...irritated that I can't find the human equivalent to this level of care and compassion. 10/10 stars. 5 is far too low. Thank you so much England Run for taking care of my Gizmo, being upfront about costs and different pricing options and for not emptying my wallet on the way out. THIS is how health care is done!

First visit to England Run last week was a great experience. The staff and doctors are very professional and nice. They listened to my concerns and showed great care for my cat. The doctor took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered, I didn't feel rushed. The environment was calm while I was there and the areas were clean. Very impressed and happy to make this our vet for years to come.

I was referred to England Run by my dog groomer. Too many bad experiences at other places. What a joy meeting and having my dog cared for by Dr Joyce. A very thorough exam, listened to me as the one who knows my dog the best, and made solid recommendations for my dog’s next year. Overall I was very pleased. Pleased with folks on the phone, the assistants and technicians in the office, and being able to check out right in the exam room. Very impressive organization.

Just had our first visit. For background, I've been on the hunt for a great vet clinic after leaving our beloved team years ago in Chicago who saw us through so much (life, death, cancer, etc!). And there IS a difference between a good vet and a GREAT vet. To start, the front desk team was immediately a breath of fresh air when I called to schedule and talk about transferring records. I felt they were truly genuine and appreciated that. When we arrived for our appointment, they were just as friendly and our wait wasn't long. Our doctor was incredibly sharp but on top of that, you could tell she really loves animals and has a way with them (extra appreciated as our dog gets SO nervous).
