Tia Pet Care - Dog Grooming

Our golden doodle Luffy has been going to Tia's Pet Care for 2 years and we are always happy with the service. Luffy goes every two months for a full groom and sometimes baths in between leaving him extra fluffy. It always takes about two hours because the grooming is very thorough. They have never kept Luffy for more than 2 hours. He always comes home fresh and smelling amazing for weeks until he's all dirty again. Karla is the owner and she does a really good job cutting making sure he always gets the "look" we want. Luffy has a bow tie collection from every grooming day at Tia's and he loves wearing them! Karla and the girls are so nice and they love Luffy and we trust them, which is so important to us.

I had a wonderful experience with this dog grooming service. The team was gentle, patient, and really attentive to my dog’s needs. They did a fantastic job with the haircut, and my pup came home looking neat and happy. The salon is clean, organized, and you can tell they truly care about the animals. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was the first time I took my puppy Lola to get groomed at Tia Pet Care. They were referred to me by a family member. I am so happy I took Lola. They did a fabulous job with her. Very unhappy with my recent service. Been coming here with my dog for years, and I am usually happy with the cut, although he always smells very strongly perfume. My most recent trip there, I went to pick him up at the time they told us he would be ready, and I peaked my head in to see if he was ready, and he was still sitting in the kennel. Didn't even look bathed let alone cut. This means you're sitting in the kennel for four or five hours. I much would have preferred they tell me that they were busy and to bring him back five hours later when they had more time. When I told them I was there to pick up the dog, they told me he wasn't ready yet and would be ready in an hour, so I had to drive back home and wait. Totally uncool to leave the dog scared in the kennel for hours and hour. Now
