I have been bringing my dog, Sophie here for grooming for more than five years, and they never disappoint! The staff is always friendly, professional, and so gentle with her. Every time we visit, Sophie comes home looking and smelling amazing, with her coat perfectly trimmed and her nails done just right. It’s clear that they truly care about the pets they work with. The consistency and quality of service over the years have kept me coming back, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with Sophie’s grooming. Highly recommend!

If I could give no stars, I would. I called to schedule an appointment on yesterday and was given an appointment time for 9 AM today. When Google maps did not take me to the location that shows on the website for this groomer, I tried calling for directions. The woman did not pick up the phone. I left a voicemail. In fact I called several times over the course of 30 minutes. How inconsiderate and unprofessional to not answer your phone! It took much time and effort to crate my cat and get my two-year-old daughter ready for this appointment. Extremely unprofessional.

"I had a negative experience with this business. According to Google, it is supposed to be a dog grooming service, but when I arrived, I found a private house instead. This was not what I expected and it was very disappointing. I recommend verifying the information before making an appointment here."
