I felt the need to post my experience when I saw some of the 1 star reviews.I had my 1 yr old German Shepherd cut her foot really bad and took her here for emergency treatment on a Sunday night,from the moment we walked in we were met with compassion and care,we were put into a room immediately and seen by a tech ,after a little bit the doctor came in and took her back to see the extent of the damage,then was given an estimate on best and worst case,all of which were explained thoroughly and i understand its not cheap but they are there when no one else is open and for that its understandable, someone has to pay them,so I gave the ok and they got to work on her.While I was waiting for her they even let me use something to get the blood out of my vehicle so that she could be comfortable o

I want to say Thank you to the staff here at Thrive Pet Healthcare. On August 29, we had to rush our beloved cat Shadow here. Her vet was close so to the holidays. Our Shadow wasn’t feeling well this happened like over night because she was a very happy active cat. I took note’s when I came home the day before she wasn’t her usual self. And on that August morning I called Thrive up and they told me to come right in. So we did it’s 1hour away but for Shadow I would’ve gone to the other side of the world. They treated us very well. Better than her vets office. They did an ultrasound on her and seen that she was very sick. She never showed any symptoms at all. Just like I said it was like over night. They were very compassionate, caring. Unfortunately Shadow isn’t with us her illness was fata

When I picked up my puppy from the groomer, I noticed he was not opening his eyes. I took him to Thrive, the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained what she thinks happened. The tech went over each of the medications, and everyone in the office was very comforting to me and my puppy. After the numbing eye drops, my pup opened his eyes, even though it was temporary. The medication is showing progress, I will be following up.

Slight wait but, well worth it. The doctors is a lovely person. So good with my dog. He loved her. That's very important to me. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. We were not traumatized at all. 😁

Can't say enough good things about this facility. Everyone is so helpful and genuine here, we were taken care of by Alexa and Dr. Frable on our trip last night both of which were a delight to interact with. They handled our cat's care with love (even if she's sassy and likes to protest very verbally), everything was explained fully and the pricing was laid out plainly with no surprises. Definitely recommend.
