Great service for my cat who was suffering with a UTI. They were extremely helpful with providing assistance with giving Chloe her medicine even though it took 3 of us. She is feeling much better today.

Was very pleased with Logan's Care, & the Caring Staff & employees in the store itself they are very helpful when asked questions, I had a dog in 2016 that I used Banfield for & the groomer when I lived in Lakewood NJ and they were also the same knowledge able employees, But being back in my hometown and just getting Logan in September I also chose PetSmart & Banfield Again. Very Pleased & Satisfied

Banfield is awesome I have an older German shepherd and they are so good with her. She can't get in the car and they renew her arthritis medication. The staff is just wonder

I have taken my kitten here three times recently. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack customer service, lack of communication, lack of explanation of things they are doing and not doing! My most recent visit, they lied on paper saying I denied a Fecal test, which is not true! I also the last two visits requested for my cat’s nails to be trimmed and I’m both visit they didn’t do it! The first time I reminded them the second time I left the exam room and went to the front desk to check out And pay. And that’s when I found out my cat nails were not trimmed. There’s definitely a lack of listening and communication on the staff part. How can you run a thriving business if there is no communication?! Makes me no longer want to bring my cat to this company location

I am extremely dissatisfied and unhappy with the services provided by Banfield pet hospital. My cat is 14 yrs old, she has had signs of progressive kidney dysfunction on her labs over the past 2 years which were not discussed with me. At her most recent appointment the vet did not even speak with me directly about her worsening creatinine (a marker of kidney function). Rather, a technician who could not clearly explain what was wrong with her labs or address my questions was sent on the vet’s behalf. Worst of all, her declining kidney function was attributed to dehydration and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. And when I even requested additional testing for chronic kidney disease (such as SDMA), it was brushed off. Banfield is a corporation that simply lets you divide their service
