They were extremely helpful. We just got a puppy after decades of not having one and we certainly need a modern refresher course. The staff at PetSmart in Turnersville was knowledgeable and guided us to the appropriate products and gave us solid advice and encouragement.

Wonderful Store! Great people with a great attitude. They give the store good energy and it's VERY clean! The store is also set up very well you can look at the end of each isle and know where you gotta go to get what you need. When I said it was very clean I forgot to mention you don't have the smell of bird feed and all that other stuff when your in places like that they do a great job here!

Had such a great experience today at this PetSmart! Went in around 645pm as a first time fish tank owner with a tiny shrimp and 5 gallon tank I had acquired from someone else, and two associates helped me out and were so lovely and gracious! They answered all my million questions and anything they didn't know they looked up. The first woman walked through the store with me and helped me pick out ALL the things I'd need and the second was so sweet and helpful at the end! I wish I could remember their names because they were just so wonderful. My tank already looks so refreshed and new and the little shrimp I had is so excited in his new home!

I’m not super sure if this is a typical experience or not. But the entire cat food and cat toy isle smelled like straight up dookie. I had a toy I was going to buy but it smelled soooo bad that I put it back down. I did inform the worker but they had a line so I’m assuming they couldn’t go investigate. One of the cat food cans I was going to buy was opened so we got rid of that and then when I got home I noticed that poop smell was clinging to me. Turns out 2 other cat food cans smelled HORRIBLE. Like rancid poop.

Great place for pet needs. Dog grooming and great quality of food for all animals. Toys and snacks for even the little critters.
