When will I ever listen to my gut feelings. One time when I picked up my male schnauzer, when I got him outside, he was turned around. He didn't know if he was supposed to go back inside or get into the car. I went in and asked them what happened. They said that he had been dropped. I stayed away for several months and then started back dropping him off for daycare and grooming. This time I picked him up from grooming and he seemed like something was wrong, maybe sick. We went home and he slept the remainder of the night. He didn't want to go out the next day and he wouldn't eat. After the second day of not eating, I took him to a vet. The vet looked at him and came back and asked if he had been dropped. I said no because it didn't even dawn on me. She said the only way we coul

Our poor baby went to wagmore Friday afternoon-Sunday afternoon. In that short time, she managed to get a nasty UTI, she was bleeding all over my car and our porch when we got home. I’m shocked no one looked at her long enough to notice she was peeing blood, and had blood stained privates. We’ve never had this experience at other borders and it’s her first UTI. They refunded her stay, but refused the vet bill. The GM Brittany is a sweetheart and very accommodating, but I’m shocked at the lack of empathy from the owners.

Attendant that I spoke to, listened carefully on things I told them about my pet. They now know this important information. I’m grateful for that, and it makes me confident that they will do a good job in caring for my pet.

Wagmore WAS a great place for my dogs. Overall, the place is clean, the employees are very nice, and it's only 4 blocks from our home!! Sadly, however, I had one too many billing issues and runarounds, so now it's worth driving 14 miles away for some peace of mind and all-day play for FREE.

First time boarding my cat ever and the experience was so smooth. Drop off and pick up was easy and staff was very friendly. They loved my cat which tells me they did spend time with him and cared for him well! They even took pictures of him too, I saw it on their instagram!
