Diamonds In the Ruff

We have known Ellen for at least ten years and had wonderful service for all of our pups and dogs.the prices are reasonable, and Ellen is a professional groomer who loves all animals. Through the years we noticed that she looks over the dogs first and is always gentle. She takes clients by appointment only . The dog owner who is harassing Ellen is very wrong about this and giving false information. I still have her as my groomer and am very happy with her work!

I have taken my dogs to this outstanding grooming place for years. Professional, only works one dog at a time so my babies have Ellen's undivided attention. My dogs leven love going there. The car door opens and they are immediately running to her. I would not take my babies any place else. Love it!

We’ve been taking our cat to Diamonds in Rough Grooming for about 4 years. We have a 16 yr old cat and Helen does a wonderful job trimming her nails and grooming her. We see how much she loves animals and we trust work.

If I could give zero stars I would. My dog was injured by her grooming, he has a large abrasion near his privates on the front and the rear and up his tail. One ear is bloody and bothering him. It has been 3 days since he was there and he will hardly walk and was shaking terribly after I carried him outside to go to the bathroom and walking back in. He is not himself at all. Do not recommend at all!! In addition she will not take responsibility and will only say he was fine at pickup. Of course he was, they don’t realize their injuries until after and neither would we. She will only take cash or check because she is shady and irresponsible.

Just found this Diamond in the rough today. I called to make an appointment and Ellen was very accommodating. She was very passionate about my dog's health and treated my baby like she was her own. We had great conversation as well. Thanks Ellen!
