I can’t say enough GREAT things about Velvet Door! I have been a client for the past 5yrs, starting with my yorkie Johnny Cash, then with my golden doodle, Dexter and now my mini Aussie tzu, Philly! The spa is a second home to my boys. They absolutely love Stephanie and Yahira and if they could walk to the spa on their own, they would!!! My boys feel all the love from the staff and Iris always make sure they are seen and taken care of.

We have been brining our dog Cosmo to the Velvet Door Pet Spa for several years. They have the best staff and they take the best care of our golden doodle. I cannot recommend them enough! Their team is kind, professional, and caring.

This was my pups first time at a groomers and they were very accommodating( she had a lot of hair) and were very patient. They took the time to communicate with us thought everything. The owner is a very lovely person as well. Coming out of her first grooming she was happy, comfortable and everyone was so sweet. I am very happy!

I absolutely love The Velvet Door Spa! Every time I bring my baby Nala, she comes out looking beautiful, clean, and so happy. My favorite part is when Nala gets to pick a toy, its such a cute touch! The staff is kind, gentle, and clearly loves what they do. This is my go-to grooming place!

My partner and I have been taking our dog, Benito, to Velvet Door since the very beginning, and we truly couldn’t be happier. The entire team is always so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The service is consistently 10/10. Stephanie usually does Benito’s grooming, and she is absolutely the best. She always has him looking amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure he’s comfortable and well cared for. You can genuinely tell how much she loves what she does. We really appreciate how much the staff loves our dog and treats him like their own. We wouldn’t take Benito anywhere else and highly recommend Velvet Door Dog Spa to anyone looking for exceptional care and service.
