My mini poodle was butchered here back in May, and I’ve been waiting months for her ears to grow back — six months later, they still haven’t. One ear was shaved “to the leather,” and the other had at least 60% more hair, completely uneven and obvious to anyone. She should have told us she wasn’t familiar with poodle grooming. There was no sign of a poodle cut when I picked her up — just a completely uneven, careless job. My dog had long, healthy ears with no matting, and now they look permanently damaged. She’s cheap, but at what cost? Never again. The grooming is done inside her house, which smells of stale cigarettes and moldy carpet. Bov is an amazing human and takes such a great care to any animal she tends to. i love the fact that it is a private one to one for each pet as my pup has had high anxiety from other groomers. lady loves her so much (more because she gets spoiled for treats!). HIGHLY recommend Bov for your baby’s needs!!!
