Let me just start this review off by saying this is NOT your average pet store. The people here actually know about the animals they are selling and genuinely care for their well-being and your experience with housing these creatures. When a pet store takes surrenders, you know they care, so when I found out the African Fat-Tailed Gecko I was picking up was a surrender I was already very confident, but they somehow kept raising the bar. As soon as I told them I was there to pick her up, they wanted to see the enclosure I had set up for her, and even had some pointers on how I could improve it. They knew how that specific gecko had been behaving and eating, and that made me very confident. I've gotten most of my tarantulas and their food, along with my gargoyle gecko and her bioactive enclosure there and I love this place. My kids love visiting to see all the critters and I always get knowledgeable and helpful service whenever I go in there.

This place is great! My daughter Lily and I went in today and 2 of the girls working there ( Macy and Dev) made our experience amazing. Those girls are rad. Fred also was amazing! We can't wait to go back. 😁

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE! I ordered a water bowl and two hides for my ball python. I ordered directly from their website. After some time, I had not received any sort of confirmation that my package was being sent. I reached out to them, and they never responded I just suddenly had a confirmation from UPS that my package was on it's way. This is the condition that I received it. They forced them into a package that was too small, and broke both hides. I called them, their voice message says "Leave a message and we'll respond within two business days." I also sent them an email demanding a refund. They have never called me, or responded to my email. The only thing I could do was submit a claim with UPS. DO NOT BUY ONLINE, they are horrible.

The good quality feeders. The young lady helping the family that came in before me seemed extremely helpful and caring, I wish I would have gotten her. The Cons, the "manager" ended up helping me. They are selling a service not a product in this industry. Maybe she was having an off day, but her reaction was purely dry. Another pro the feeders seemed very healthy. Hence the three stars. As a First time customer seemed with the person who helped me I was an inconvenience, the review can only warrant a mediocre review.
