Carter’s Pet Mart Lodi

Stopped in Carters while passing through the area. They have a huge selection of a variety of pet supplies as well as birds, reptiles, and fish. They had great deals on alot of items and were very decently priced. The selection was great. While I wanted to look for my aquatic needs, we ended up purchasing stuff for our dogs, cat and our fish. They had a very healthy selection of live aquatic plants as well as a good selection of fish. I purchased an additional fish and 2 snails for my community tank. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a great selection. I will definitely be back in the future as their items, and customer service highly outweighs those options closer to home for us. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Phenomenal pet store, I was impressed with the reptile, small animal and fish enclosures they were actually tailored to the pets actually living conditions they would need in the wild. Absolutely awesome to see that level of care in a pet store. They also have a large selection of food, treats, grooming supplies, beds and cat trees ! Prices are fair and have better brands then your big retail stores. I highly recommend shopping here for your pet needs.

Employees standing around in personal conversations not acknowledging customers. Prices were a bit outrageous and stock was not a good variety. Gave it 2 stars just because I love the Stockton location only went to Lodi location so we could get my mother in law set up but we ended up getting everything from large franchise store.

Carter’s is the only pet store worth visiting. Locally owned with four stores throughout the 209—a varied collection of fish, reptiles, and birds that would make most zoos blush.

Carters pets is wonderful in both locations Lodi & Stockton. The employees are very knowledgeable & friendly!! We purchased a bird at both locations & couldn't be more happier!!! They are the BEST!! We will always shop there!! Thank you Carter's Pet & Ryan Carter!!
