The Ruff House

The Ruff House is absolutely fantastic! The past two years I have boarded my Rottweilers with them and they’ve done a spectacular job. I never have to worry about how they are while I am away. They send me daily report cards and make sure my pups are well cared for. Never once has anyone judged them for their breed or size. They loved my pups as if they were their own and I will always be grateful for that. I 100% recommend the Ruff House to anyone looking for daycare and boarding services. The groomer named Kennedy did a wonderful job on their nails and I know they can be naughty so thank you Kennedy!

I DO NOT recommend The Ruff House! Upon pickup, I immediately noticed a significant portion of fur missing from my 1 year old golden retriever Max’s tail. Your staff initially provided no explanation for this alarming situation. It was only after reviewing surveillance footage that the distressing truth became clear: Max, unmonitored for an extended period, resorted to self-mutilation by chewing his tail fur due to anxiety and boredom. That such a visible chewed up tail/ fur went entirely unnoticed during his stay and handover is appalling. This incident reflects a severe failure in supervision, attentiveness, and overall animal care at this facility, raising serious questions about your operational standards and commitment to the well-being of the animals entrusted to you.

Best haircut my dogs ever received. We couldn't get over how soft their fur was. Very, very happy and highly recommend 👍

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the initial conversation when booking to how great my dogs groom turned out. When booking they were very kind and informative, got us in quickly. On the day of the appointment it was a quick and easy drop off, Kennedy texted me when my dog would be about ready and the pick up was very efficient. Kennedy did a great job with my anxious Alaskan malamute. She smells and looks amazing, the shed treatment has cut down significantly on the amateur of vacuuming I’ve had to do. Also the price was fair where you could actually afford to leave a well deserved tip!

The staff is genuinely caring for my dog. They took good care of my last little girl. Mike is a fabulous owner and a very caring person. My puppy loves to go there and comes home. Very happy. It does my heart good. Thank you to all of you.
