I had an excellent experience adopting my cat, Lyric, from Neenah Humane Society. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. The adoption was quick and seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that there was no adoption fee. I would highly recommend Neenah Humane Society to anyone looking to adopt a pet—they truly make the process easy and welcoming.

Staff is wonderful. Isaac is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to foster the cat before adopting, due to issues we had with another cat. The shelter is very clean. If you want a dog you must make an appointment.

Adopted these two hooligans about a month ago. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I’d write more but there is a toy under the tv stand and I’m being summoned. Update: 1/17/25 It's a year since I adopted my cats and it's been amazing. Please consider adopting and please consider Neenah Animal Shelter!

I just adopted my new family member, Salem (previously Chauncy)! The NAS was EXTREMELY helpful in this whole process—very quick too! The shelter is so clean and the staff are so very sweet. They handle all of their animals and any other situations so well. You always see them interacting with the animals and keeping their spirits up, whether it be walking them, talking to them, or playing with them. Thank you SO much NAS!!

We adopted our sweet chonky Luna (formerly Hannah) as our first cat and she has been wonderful! Lots of cuddles and naps have helped the transition but NAS helped us prepare the most which kept it anxiety free for all involved. The adoption process went smoothly after being approved so if you're looking for a pet, adopt don't shop! These fur babies just want a happy home. Thank you NAS for all you do!
