first time getting a pet groomed here, & first time getting a cat groomed in general. i didn’t catch the groomer’s name but she was super nice & welcoming right off the bat. i accidentally showed up 30 mins early for my cat Rigby’s appointment 🤦‍♀️ & she assured me it was totally fine & i could leave him there since i was already there. he was done within a few hours & when i picked him up, everyone in the salon was super nice & made conversation with me. not to mention my cat smelled so good!! i literally couldn’t believe how reasonable their pricing was compared to other quotes i had gotten elsewhere either! will definitely be back & HIGHLY recommend this salon.

I usually take my dogs there for grooming. But this last time they cut one of the nails to short on my Yorkie and they capped off the nail and didn't tell me about it. A day later my Yorkie licked her nails and the cap came off and she bled on my floors and a chair. The bleeding stopped on its own. I did call and tell them about it on their answering machine. They didn't reply. I won't go back there.

They did an amazing job with my Husky! He looked amazing and his shedding is significantly less. He also smelt amazing and is a very highly anxious (and vocal) dog but the staff was incredible with him! Pricing of services is also very reasonable and overall had a great experience.

This is best groomer in the area. We’ve tried pretty much every groomer in and around Fenton and polished paw is the best. Our pup stays smelling good for weeks!
