Petland Fenton Crossing

I am extremely upset. I went in and purchased this beautiful bunny yesterday on December 24th. From the get go i noticed her constant grinding of her teeth and minimal stool output but thought it was from the adjustment throughout the day. This morning (Dec 25) I woke up and she was extremely swollen from her stomach, cold, and not breathing. Was I given a sick rabbit? We are a bunny family and have adjusted many others to our home im the past. Unacceptable for both my little sister and this poor innocent baby.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Petland that truly exceeded all expectations. From the very start, Malina went above and beyond to ensure that both my wife and I felt completely at ease during our second adoption of a Petland-hosted Pomeranian. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as customers. In fact, Malina even came in on her day off to finalize the adoption, which speaks volumes about her dedication. Additionally, I must highlight Mallory's contribution. She walked Malina through the paperwork process to finalize the adoption, showcasing her willingness to share her time and expertise. This is a stellar example for the entire team. I was able to bring home the sweetest little cavalier king charles spaniel from Petland, and my experience in the store was great. Mallory helped guide me through the adoption process, as well as making sure that she would be a good fit for my home/lifestyle. Although it is an expensive place, the continued financial support with free vet visits, discounts in store, and price reduced spaying in the future made the decision easier. Mackenzie helped me pick out all of the needed supplies for my puppy, and made sure everything was picked out specifically for my dog’s needs. Overall a good experience if money is not an issue when looking at animals!

This place is amazing the people are very friendly and knowledgeable about animals the place is clean and the animals are well taken care of they have a great variety of animals to choose from they also make sure they have sanitizer at each animal cage if I had one complaint it would be prices of the animals...picture attached of my beautiful Dutchess ( she is a pekingese) we got her tuesday and we took her to the vet Friday they gave a clean bill of health and even said she one of the best looking and most healthy pekingese they have seen in awhile

This place is a SCAM! When you can walk out of a store after paying a $500 deposit and a "purebred" puppy and a signed contract....1st red flag. I know people that have had to go through more red tape to bring home a rescue. They didn't care that there are 4 other dogs in the home that could put this puppy in danger. As long as you sign a ridiculous contract to pay a monthly bill, and IF the situation doesn't work out, you NOW have to go through red tape to bring the dog back. AND you have to pay 1/2 of the price you (stupidly) agreed to. So now you are trying to bring a dog back to keep him/her from getting hurt, but you have to wait for approval from a review team. If approved, you bring the dog back and pay them. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS!!! THERE ARE SEVERAL ANIMAL
