Kimmy Jones is wonderful at what she does! She has worked so well and been patient with my Yorkie Winston, who suffers from anxiety. He loves her and is comfortable going there. So thankful for her efforts in making him comfortable. Would ten out of ten recommend. Entire staff is also so helpful and nice!

I have never experienced what happened today! Maggie has been going to the Pink Poodle since her first grooming. I called to schedule an early appointment at 7:30 and was told by Hannah that I could pick her back up @ 10. I told her great as I needed to leave town at 10ish to go out of state. I should up at 10 and Hannah told me it would be a few more minutes. The few more minutes turned into 1 hour 10 minutes. She told me it took her so long because she had to help the other groomer with a Doodle, which they arrived after we did. I did notice that her eyes were gummy and not ever seen that after a grooming appointment. Let’s just say after 16 and a half years and to get this 1 star service is unacceptable!! I’m now over an hour late to meet daughter with the dog so I can travel 13 hours!

Natili was awesome! She did a great job on my dog & you can tell she really cares about what she does. My dog looked so good & came back happy. Definitely recommend. 🙂

Absolutely love getting my dog groomed here. Friendly quick service and great communication from the staff. Always love seeing my pup’s haircut after they finish. They even attach the cutest bows to him 💗 10/10 recommend to anyone for any dog grooming needs.

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I scheduled an appointment for my dog and called beforehand just to double-check the time. You’d think confirming an appointment would be simple but apparently not here. I couldn’t get through to a single person. No answer, no callback, nothing. Despite that, I decided to go ahead and show up for my dog’s appointment. And honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The moment I walked in, I was met with complete chaos. Two employees were screaming at each other at the top of their lungs, going back and forth like it was some kind of drama show. I tried to get their attention, hoping someone would acknowledge that I was there with my pet. At that point, it was crystal clear that professionalism doesn’t exist in this place.
