The Pines Farm & Horse Sanctuary - Williamsburg, VA

We came to The Pines on Saturday for yoga and massages and came back Sunday to groom and interact with the horses. AMAZING. This place is so peaceful and so beautiful. Alexandria is so sweet and so thoughtful. Her dogs and horses are friendly, well-behaved and personable too. Nastassia Morgan was our yoga instructor and she was very intuitive for our experience level, personable, kind and we can’t wait to have another session with her! Nikki Brown was our massage therapist and was also so intuitive to what our bodies needed! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to have another massage from Nikki!

What a wonderful family atmosphere this place has, the horses are cared for beautifully and the people are really nice. The facilities are great and it’s really convenient with it’s location. I love it here!

The host was so helpful with answering any and all questions we had, especially since it was a last minute booking! We stayed in the little cottage with my kids, and it was the perfect, quiet getaway. The horses were a nice treat to see, and we were even able to feed them. There’s a bedroom with a lower bed, so that was perfect for my children, and for the four of us it was pretty comfy. Overall a nice trip away from all the noise!

Beautiful landscape, super cute dogs, and the main reason for being there is the horses! The kids have an amazing trainer and the staff is wonderful and they make us feel right at home.

I can't say enough great things about The Pines! My 34 year old mare is thriving and the owner's treat her like she's their own horse. She's definitely living her best twilight years!
