Pawpular Pets Dog Grooming

First time bringing our little one here as we're new to the area and its been a pretty good experience so far. We had a horrid incident with the last groomer we tried that shaved our double coated sheltie and since then we've been scared to try another place but she was getting too raggedy looking so we took a leap and tried again! The person I spoke with was very nice and didn't make me feel like just another potential transaction. Our girl came out smelling fantastic and her coat looks/feels incredible! Looking forward to coming back when its time. Edit to add 6 months later - our girl's second groom was perfect! I requested a trim for my Sheepadoodle and specifically requested no summer cut or shaving of any kind. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved and unrecognizable. The groomer, Ellie, neglected to contact me with any issues and instead chose to shave my dog completely without my consent, in October as the temperature is dropping. Upon returning home, my dog was so upset and constantly scratching. We took her to the vet, who said she was “appalled” that Ellie and Pawpular Pets shaved our dog so severely. The vet prescribed an anti-itching medication, and we’ve had to give our dog oatmeal baths to soothe her irritated skin. The vet said it could take up to a year for her fur to grow back completely, and that because she used to have a double coat, it may never grow back the same. W

Perfect! Was able to snag an earlier appointment which I greatly appreciate. My dog had surgery and missed his last two grooming services so he was WELL overdue. They took such good care of him and did a FANTASTIC Job!!! I couldn't be happier. He's the softest he has ever been!!

I followed Gizmos groomer here Hope. She is awesome and this location is awesome. Everyonr Friendly and kind i drive 30min here just to groom my boy.
