The Pet Spot

Dropped Pandora off to get groomed & Specifically said I wanted her hair cut like her last visit. Yet my dog came out looking like a boy, No ponytail hair or anything. She’s a female tea cup Yorkie 🙄 & now she looks like a male with a mustache. I’m Not pleased.

Loved it. See the picture. Jack (the big dog, German Shepherd)made a new friend. He went for a bath and grooming and to the daycare while we did our errands. This was his first time and he loved it. He came home a happier dog. Price was excellent that we plan to bring our husky here and make the doggie daycare a weekly trip! The staff was wonderful and caring. So great to have found them!

We are from out of town and our little Sophie really needed to be groomed. We had no problem getting a appointment. They did a excellent job. We are very pleased and definitely recommend. Thank you.

I love this place! The only service we get is nail trimming, and they do a great job. They have never nicked the quick. All i have to do usually is call ahead, and they get us right in and out. They always cater to me and my fur baby by making sure there are no other dogs around when we enter and exit because my girl is very anxious and aggressive around other dogs. They know their stuff and seem to genuinely love dogs. I have tried all other places in L.C. and Pet Spot is the only place I will take Daisy.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful to refuse to take your dog right when you’re right there. Brought my dogs numerous times for the last year and half or so. Never told about any “anxiety issues” or moving too much while cutting his hair (which is understandable). Everything was always “good and normal” until last time one of the groomers refused to take my dog and said that they have told me before many times to get meds from the vet cause he’s anxious. To use the medicine they used to put him under otherwise they will not take him. Now I’m thinking what other things could’ve happened all this time I brought him and never knew. The way the groomer treat him. And I would have addressed since first time but nobody ever told me about it and they disrespectfully made me drive 20min and r
