Pet Supermarket

I love all the staff at this store! I bought my Sun Conure Pickles from here a couple of years ago. I come in here weekly for pet supplies and to see all the new animals they have. I could buy things cheaper on Amazon probably but I truly love coming to this store!

I was referred to Pets supermarket today by some coworkers. The manager Jack was super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I told him I needed something to detangle Benji (a cockapoo) he made jokes about shampoo for a bird! 😅) but he was getting knoted up pretty bad. He could have tried to sell me the $40. Bottle of dog shampoo that was on the shelf. But he suggested Skouts Honor shampoo and conditioner and a detangler for him less than half the price of the expensive stuff! I was looking at some pricey brushes I thought would work, but he suggested a few cheaper ones that I had already. So we came to the conclusion to try the shampoo and detangler with what I already have at home. Not to mention he told me if the products didn't work, I could return them for a full refund! The people here are kind and most are also knowledgeable! Feels tight in places now that I bring a dog in with me. He was also tempted by low placed dog treats. His bad, not theirs. Fish selection is avg., prices are also average in the fish section. They finally started carrying more plants. Really like the Pet Supermarket in Cape coral Florida as well.

The male dwarf hamster I bought here, is amazing. Doesn't hurt anyone, don't offer to bite and loves to be held.

This is one of the best places to shop For your pets yes they might have more expensive stuff there it has incredible quality for exotics and health issue pets. There is always wonderful sales and bargains and they have the most incredible staff and management. This is like an old school pet store they actually have tons of animals reptiles fish and other wonderful things that you can't find. There's spirit around the holiday was incredible I'm disabled and I have service animals they are always welcoming and so helpful with everything I need. I find it easier to pay a couple extra dollars for a top quality food that is going to help my animals live a better life and to walk in which such great management and staff
