Lake City Animal Hospital

Had an issue with diarrhea with one of my dogs and they told me over the phone that they test for giardia for the fecal So I spent the $50 to have the test done and then when we went in for the exam the nurse said that they don't test for that and I have to pay $98 to have it sent out. They lied and The doctor could give me no reason why my dog is losing weight and having diarrhea. They just wanted me to do b12 shots and change her food to medicated food. I feel like a doctor should be able to tell me roughly what could be going on. What are all my options of a diagnosis that I could be. Then I get a bill for $886 to do testing for What I had no idea . Have been going to this clinic for a very long time but no longer have respect for the doctors and I feel they are money hungry.

Timothy is always excited to visit with his caretakers, especially Dr. B. She gets down on his level and he so happy, he shares many kisses!

Everyone loves my dog here, he’s a giant English Mastiff. Doc loves the girls that take care of him he actually likes to go to the vet. I love the care that he receives from normal check up to the leg surgery that he had to have. Pricing is very good also.

Fast, easy and compassionate care on a weekend at the absolute last minute. Dr. Schaeffer was able to diagnose and treat our kitten when we weren't sure she would make it through the night. Incredible care!
