I’m really disappointed with this grooming salon. I brought in the fluffiest puppy with a perfect coat for any haircut, and somehow I’ve gotten back the ugliest cuts every single time. I always ask for a fluffy, round face, yet parts of her face end up shaved or uneven. I can tell the groomers truly love dogs and are very affectionate with the pets, and I really appreciated that which is why I gave them three chances. But no matter how kindly they treat the dogs, the quality of the grooming just isn’t there. Customers pay hundreds of dollars so their dogs can look beautiful, not patchy or poorly groomed. Sadly, they just haven’t been able to deliver what I ask for, and I won’t be returning

Maggie is a phenomenal groomer!! I cannot recommend her enough - she’s been grooming my dog for 3 years! He hates bath time / getting wet, but she’s amazing with him! I think she has the patience of a saint. She’s excellent at realizing when he needs a full cut and when he needs a “face and fanny” which is excellent because I don’t want him cut down too much. My dog is always perfectly groomed and fluffy! The entire staff at Pet Snobs clearly loves animals. They are so welcoming when I come in with my dog, and always welcome him with a treat. I’m so happy we go to Pet Snobs - I couldn’t be happier with the way they treat my dog and how amazing they are at grooming!

This is hands down the best grooming experience I’ve had. The salon is spotless, welcoming, and has such a friendly atmosphere. Everyone on staff is professional and clearly cares about the pets. Maggie does an absolutely excellent job, every time — my dog, Mello came out looking perfect, happy, and relaxed. The attention to detail and genuine care really show. Booking was easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Without a doubt, the best pet shop in the city. The people who work there are always kind, respectful, and clearly love the animals they care for. Sam performed miracles on my foster dog and helped him get adopted. People commented on his haircut for a few weeks afterwards!

Maggie is wonderful with my Biewer Terriers and does a great job with their cut. They get excited to see her which means a lot to me that they don’t feel anxious. We sadly moved out of the city but I will always recommend Maggie to anyone looking for a high quality cut for pure bred dogs in the city. However, the name of the boutique fits the rest of the staff. No one says greets me when I walk in and the front desk girl is always on her phone. They just look up from their phone, scream Maggie’s name, and then go back to their phone. And they are a bit weird about scheduling. I asked if we could just keep the pups on the schedule for every 6 weeks and they said they couldn’t do that nor keep a card on file. You do get a high quality cut but not the best customer service.
