The Pet Shop

We were met with nothing but professionalism and kindness when we contacted The Pet Shop inquiring if a dog we had viewed on their website was still available. And even though they were having a very challenging day because their air conditioner had gone out, they welcomed us to come down and meet her. Telling us they would be ready for our visit understanding we were traveling about an hour away and would open the doors just for us. Well of course the minute we met what is now our Pebbles we fell madly in love. We have had nothing but positive experiences here. This is our latest baby who we just adore!! She is in perfect health. We did our own vet check…. Healthy fun lovable so sassy!! My love! Bought a 15 week old Cavalier King Charles puppy about a month ago & had the absolute worst experience of my life. We brought him home and within a few days, he started showing sick symptoms. We brought him to the pet shops approved vet, and began antibiotics. The puppy just kept getting sicker, and was diagnosed with kennel cough, parvo virus, pnemonia and 2 seperate parasites!!! We continued medications, but he ultimately passed away (13 days after purchase). My family is completely devastated, esp my children, one of which is too young to even understand. 💔 This was a very sick puppy and never should've been sold in his condition. Looking back, he had a cough since day 1, he wasn't really eating, plus his diet was concerning. I was told to give him a meal replacement 3x per day, mix wet

We’ve gotten several puppies over the years at this location and all puppies were healthy and happy and lived long lives. We currently have a 14 year old Pomeranian (bought here as well) and just got a 12 week old frenchie. Good times!!!

I had great service here. I don't normally go to a pet shop for a dog but I was told there was a German Shepherd there went there right away and purchased him very nice puppy. We renamed him Major. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and I could tell I have a good dog so thank you very much
