Paw City Elite Grooming Salon

I want to give a shout out to Faye and Lindsay for the great job they did on my 2 year-old husky lab mixes 110lb Theo & 120 lb George! YES THEY DO BIG DOGS! The boys have only had baths at home and this was their first professional grooming. The ladies did great with them. Even with Georgie pancaking on the floor and both boys singing the ladies were pleasant with them.

Called to see if they do cat grooming and was told they do, and I scheduled a date but was told the time is tentative and they’d call me back to confirm. I never received a call back, and I had to seek them out twice with no returned call. Finally I get a hold of them morning of my appointment only to be told my cats grooming appointment was cancelled because they couldn’t get a hold of the groomer? And didn’t think to call and let me know? Crazy unprofessional the lady I spoke barely gave a crap. Is this even a real business?

Looks like they have upgraded to also being pet store. Love that they sell EU grade dog food. They also had some really cute treats, and high end treats for a fair and reasonable price. Easton has needed a pet store for awhile! Love the convenience factor of having them downtown.

Could not be happier with Paw City Elite Grooming Salon. My all black mini schnauzer can be a handful to groom however, Paw City works miracles and returns Gus looking like a handsome old man. Paw City treats my four legger with respect, love, and care - can confidently recommend to other dog parents.

They did a great job on our dog. We'll most likely be coming back here next time our dog needs grooming. The staff were very friendly and gentle.
