TERRIBLE PLACE! I brought my Chihuahua here after seeing a promo they advertised on FB. When I picked him up, his eyes were swollen and he couldn’t even open them. I also heard several dogs crying in the back when I went to pick up mine. The customer service wasn’t great either. I told the man at the front that I was there for the promo and he seemed clearly annoyed when I declined any extra services. The man, also, didn’t say a single word when he handed me my dog with swollen shut eyes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The promo might seem like a good deal, but your dog doesn’t deserve to be treated this way.
Spoke to Joseph who has a separate facebook page(see attached photo) offering a $25 full service dog grooming at the Pet Palace location but says he rents a chair there. Explained didn’t want my dog in a cage for endless hours so he gave me a 10am appt…Dropped off my dog at 10am and waited outside for 2 1/2 hours when i went to check on my dog he said it would be another 2 1/2 hours he hadn’t even started on my dog. I told him to give me my dog and walked out..Took my dog to Royal Pet Salon and Dog Grooming on 411 N Main st ste 130 in Mcallen where they took him right in and he looks great and smells great! Our dogs are like our kids…my dogs are trained and don’t live in cages. The reason for setting appointments should be to eliminate the wait time. I have posted a photo of his facebook
I have a cavapoo and I was a little hesitant about it because it was gonna be her first time getting a groom. They were really good! My puppy was really happy with them, she was smelling nice and with bows. They were very puntual to receive the dog and to pick up. They ask a lot of questions of what you wanted, about shape, length of the hair, extra services, etc. I do recommend them.
They never answer, and never called back. Went to the place, and a man "working" there, saying that he doesn't work there. How is that even possible. That's so irresponsible. The good thing is they're more and much better places
It's my second time, my relatives bring their pets here for a good haircut. Trim. By appointment mostly, he did have a openings cause I scheduled for another day and accepted to take my dog in today.
