Nails 2 Tails McAllen

This was my second visit to this grooming location. When I dropped my dog off, the young man at the front was very friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience at pickup was very disappointing. When I picked my dog up, he looked exactly the same as when I dropped him off, except his nails had been cut. He did not look freshly bathed or properly brushed. I actually had to ask if he was bathed, which should never be something a customer has to question when paying for a grooming service. I noticed that my dog’s mane looked tangled and was also wet, so I asked the groomer, Christina, if he had been panting or drinking water. She said no and seemed confused as to why it was wet. She later mentioned that she was new, which I understand starting a new job can be challenging. Howe

I got the doodle deluxe package. I was disappointed that my girls' ears weren't cleaned. I assumed the hair would've been plucked with this package. Over all, I feel like they did a good job and I will go back. I'll just be sure to ask more questions next time.

Love, love, love this place! I took my two Shih Tzus for the first time and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend! They came out looking so good. I asked them to keep my boy’s mohawk, and they did just that. I also asked if they could make sure I’m able to do ponytails in my girl’s hair—and they made it perfect. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

brought my puppy in for a quick nail trim and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly, gentle with my pup, and the whole process was fast and stress-free. You can tell they really care about animals. I’ll definitely be coming back for future grooming needs. Highly recommend!
