Petsmart only sells top quality items. The store is always stocked and well- organized. The staff and manager are amazing! Bought my dog a retractable leash about 5 years ago and it still works. Highly recommended PetsSmart Expressway/ McAllen!

I have been a customer of this store for a while but to my disappointment, when my dog was done with his sani trim today 1/30/26, I received a phone call from the staff with a ridiculous ultimatum that I only have 2 minutes to pick up my dog. If you don't like being rushed with a threatening tone, don't take your pet here. It is time for me to find another groomer.

Nice store, great selection, friendly helpful staff, but a little pricey on most things.

Never really had a problem with this store location before hence why I'm not giving a 1 star review. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the store itself or with the dog food brand manufacturer/warehouse, but I did notice these Indianmeal moths inside the bag. There seemed to be some of those moths on top of the bags of dog food but my partner and I just thought it may had been from outside. When I opened the dog food (Wellness Senior dog food), there was a lot of silk, moths and worms. I'm not sure if other bags of dog food had them inside. The employees did a good job and allowed a refund.

Just made an $1,000 online purchase. The staff was kind enough to load it, but could not help on securing it. I had to go back to the store and ask for help, the staff didn’t even try to see how they could help. Didn’t move a finger. I had to purchase a dog rope to help secure it, when if you sell these items at LEAST pretend that you care. Nasty cashier attitude and helpless. I won’t return to this location.
