Fernando and Fidel were truly exceptional, both of them informed me that the deluxe bath package would take approximately 2 1/2 hours, and Fernando amazingly had my dog ready in just an hour. She smelled absolutely fantastic, and he even went the extra mile to assist me in administering my dog's flea pill. Outstanding service from both gentlemen, I will definitely return! 🫶🏽

Took my 3 year old Rottie to Fernando for grooming services. He did so well with him and ensured he was comfortable. He put all my worries at ease and made sure I was comfortable as well. We even got him a bully stick on the way out. I would definitely recommend his services and will be bringing King back any time we’re in town!!

Female behind counter seemed to have no knowledge of products. Very dry responses. Asked for cerain items and she would just point at where to get It. No other customers were in store. Will find another place to shop. Customer service is not a goal here.

First time customer, I spoke to Fernando about my Dre & my concerns. Pet Max exceeded my expectations! Fernando very polite and patient with my Dre. He explained very well to me, what needed to be done with my bully. Dre came out smelling so good. 10/10 I highly recommend Pet Max to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Took my baby boy torta today to pet-max as always they are so friendly. Fernando Melo was my cat groomer today and he did amazing came in a reassured me with all my questions and showed me what shampoos and how the drying process goes. Would 100% recommend for worried cat moms ❤️🐱
