The Pet Palace & Day Spa

My dogs are not the easiest to manage both because of their size and their personalities. However, Michelle did a great job and both dogs came back happy and beautiful. She shared pictures throughout and communicated about everything. Going back and making this a regular thing!

Michelle (Pet Pallace) is dedicated to her profession. She has provided spa and daycare services for our dog since 2021. Our dog absolutely loves her and that’s a good thing. I know he’s in good hands. Michelle knows animals and what behavior issues need to be addressed. If Michelle suggests a referral for training, I trust it. Her spa services are extremely reasonable and well done.

Michelle is the BEST she really does a great job and Myndi always comes home more beautiful!

Our dog (and we) love Michelle and the Pet Palace. She has a wonderful, gentle way with our dog, who is on the shy side. Our dog loves going there!

My 2 dogs visit the Pet Palace in Rutland, Vermont regularly. Michelle does a great job caring for the animals at the Pet Palace. We use her dog-sitting services very often and our dogs are always happy to see Michelle. Our dogs have some special needs (one is diabetic and one is deaf) and Michelle takes care of them perfectly. We never worry when the dogs are in her care. And her grooming service is great - we gets lots of compliments about how good our dogs look!
