Excellent service! Great people and selection. We drove 2+ hours to pick up one puppy and ended up with two. We needed a new harness for the unplanned puppy adoption and Catamount saved the day!

Awesome pet store. From Mass and since we extended our vaca we needed to find a place that sold Fromm food. This place had a great selection of pâté. My spoiled German Shepherd puppy who’s picky with treats, absolutely LOVED the beef chip and was OBSESSED with the veggie dental bone that was so kindly given to her. They also had a great variety of toys - including various sensory toys, hide and play, and other varieties to help with mental stimulation. Shire chose a pumpkin spiced latte toy and wanted to play with it as soon as we got back to our Airbnb. We have great pet stores all around MA but this one is at the top of my list that I’ve visited. I take my cat here for grooming and he always comes home looking handsome and and feeling soft. He never minds visiting for his shave and sculpt. The store has some really nice items and the lady at the register is very sweet and helpful.
