The Pet Hotel Fairfield

As a nervous pet owner, it was very difficult for me to give trust to people I don’t know to take care of my dogs. I am so thankful that I trusted the pet hotel. They go above and beyond to ensure your animals are well cared for and take very reasonable precautions to ensure all animals are kept safe from sicknesses. They have shown that they are truly passionate and take pride in providing the best possible service to their customers. I will 100% bring my dogs there again and will tell all my friends and families about them. I encourage you to speak to the staff to get to know them on a personal level because they made the process so easy and reassured me that my dogs would be in good hands.

Excellent boarding and grooming. The staff are wonderful. They really care about the animals in their facility. They kept my dog on two separate occasions. During my dogs most recent stay, which was the longest, they sent various photos of her sleeping and playing. The photos assured me that my dog was being taken care of and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. Thank you Pet Hotel staff for your kindness and service. Danielle

This place is so nice! They are very capable to catering to your pets needs. They send update pictures while you’re away and take them out to go potty frequently. Our dog is in a lot of medications and some hotels wouldn’t take him. This place had no issue and I could tell my dog was happy while there. Very nice people and interior!

I brought in Zo today and my experience was amazing! I will definitely be bringing Zo back. Zo has found herself a new groomer! She came back feeling so soft and looking amazing! I know that they are very attentive to her needs as well and they have so much patience.

Took my mini goldendoodle for grooming with Holly today and he looks amazing! Holly and the rest of the staff took such good care of him, even after he was done with the grooming. Will definitely be back!
