Pet Club Fairfield

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now to buy things for my fish, I recently went to buy another pleco fish, the worker with piercings and curly hair there was very knowledgeable and kind and showed a true passion for the aquarium keeping hobby, and also gave me a good tour of the other parts of the store as well after I mentioned I needed to buy dog beds and food for my new pups. Store was a bit dirty in some areas but other than that the staff is kind, managers are also helpful and knowledgeable based off the few times I spoke to them. Would recommend to anyone looking for pet supplies here in the Cordelia area.

Nice selection, nice workers. Adam was very helpful and answered any questions we had as well as helped us pick out things our dog loved! Highly recommend it.

I come here very often hoping i don’t get a rude employee. It’s a shame that most of the workers here are not very nice, handle the fish in horrible ways, and are not that knowledgeable. On the other hand, most of the managers here are very knowledgeable about the products but I don’t see the same for the employees. They do have a huge selection of products for dogs, cats, birds, and fish. I really hope one day they will train their employees better.

Zero stars, the young curly hair boy with pins on his lips and face that works the aquatic section on Wednesday December 10 2025 at 3pm was hella rude. Doesn't know what the animals needs or how to clean his section. Only cared about the music playing on his phone (which was some screaming punky emo tracks). This store needs some help... Hope the management gets to the bottom of their store. Guess I am not the only person who has been rudely attend to.

Great store and great people. They don’t have everything you may be looking for, but what they do have is substantially cheaper than standard big name pet food stores. I go there for specific items such as frozen bones.
