Petco

A great store. Well stocked, and the fish systems were taken care of. They had a great selection of animals, and even some rare ones that you don’t often see (tarantulas, arrow frogs, etc). The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout was smooth, with the person offering advice on how to introduce new foods. The birds all have plenty of toys for enrichment as well. All in all, Top notch!

Good place to get all pets related food and stuff, the only inconvenience is that they don't have a Veterinarian, so you can't get prescribed food. The service in the grooming salon is good, I just wish they use more perfume after the baths for my dogs.

Exceptional customer service. Friendly and efficient staff. Everytime, with every associate. The store is always clean and organized. I love the curbside pick up and the BOPUS 10%! Love Petco!

Staff were extremely nice and helpful, however the product that we tried to pick up was not available, despite empty boxes on the shelf. ( The product is kept under lock and key) Went back in a couple days as told to find product still not available again boxes remained on the shelf. This meant waiting in line twice without getting the product we went to get. Then went to Petco in a near by town to find multiple boxes on shelf waiting in line for a third time without obtaining product. Staff again very nice and helpful. Went to Walmart got the product and saved money.

The elder lady shouldn’t work at the register. Her attitude is ugly towards customers. She answers phone calls rude as well. I asked about an item she said I would have to come in and look if they have it ??? I want to know if it’s available or not to avoid going for no reason? I also never have problems putting in my number and finding my account only when she’s there. I always spend $50+ and when she’s there I don’t receive my coupons because she has trouble “finding my account” ?? I’d enjoy going to Petco much more if she wasn’t at the front register.
