Excellent vet and assistants!! They always take great care of my kitties, and senior dog. They are the best in the area, and offer great prices too. They go above and beyond for the care of your furry friend! I've been coming here for 2 years now, and can't complain.

Feral cat spay. No after surgery consult. No rabies tag for proof of vaccination. Quick on surgical procedure, but the cat was very unsteady for quite a while before I could release when brought back to its outside siblings. Live and learn and pay attention. Im trying to help control a cat colony that showed up last winter. Just saying... Wow, very hostile reply. I did have an appointment with your clinic and was told to be there by 8am, which I was. I was contacted by a staff member 2 weeks ago and given October 14th, 2025 as the appointment time and date, and was on time. Don't lie that I didn't have an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm, and while I did arrive at 2:50 pm, the staff incorrectly insisted my time was at 2:15. I had to show proof on their own portal before they acknowledged the actual appointment time. At the same time, I’ve noticed a pattern where even when I arrive early or on time, I still end up waiting 1–2 hours to be seen. On this particular day, the 2:00 pm appointment wasn’t taken back until 3:20 pm, which highlights how inconsistent the scheduling process is. While I appreciate the care my pet has received here over the past year, the front desk communication and overall management could be more professional and consistent. Patients deserve clear scheduling, accountability, and reasonable wait times. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for othe
