Not only are they some of the nicest, most helpful people you'll ever meet, Nico, who does the installations, is a consummate craftsman. Artisan might even be a better word. He has installed floors, shower tiles, backsplashes and fireplace facades. Pictures are better than words...

Owner is friendly and very knowledgeable who comes right to your house for an estimate with samples. The 2 guys and lady installer were courteous, friendly and professional. They did 2 large rooms, stairs and a hallway in under 5 hours. This is the go to place for great carpet.

Quality products and fantastic customer service. Rich and his wife pay attention to what you are looking for and work with you until you find it. Highly recommend!
