Brookside Pups - Hazleton

Just purchased a puppy today and so far he’s perfect! This is the third pup I’ve purchased from Brookside over the years and each one has been a delight to own. I visited the Hazelton store today and went home with a Chiweenie. I commend the store for being very clean and the staff for their great customer service!

Purchased a Havamalt from Brookside Pups (Scranton Location) and she is amazing. However the staff is rude, inconsiderate and they treat you like you are an “idiot”! After purchasing our Havamalt, we decided that we were going to get Zoe a friend to help with her separation anxiety which is natural for the breed. They have a Maltese at their Williamsport location that was priced at $2200. Which was way too high of a price for the quality of the Maltese that they were trying to sell. I had purchased two prior Maltese from different breeders; The first one was a teacup Maltese with multiple champion bloodlines on her Pedegree which we paid $900 for her. The second had no champion bloodlines but we paid $1100 for her. In no way is Brookside pups Maltese worth $2200! I asked them if they wou

We bought a Miniature schnauzer about a month ago and are so happy with her! The girl at the desk was amazing and more importantly the store was spotless and the pups well cared for. Our new pup Lulu is soooo smart and passed her first check up with flying colors 😊

We recently bought a German Sheppard from the Hazleton location and he is doing great! The whole process was very easy and quick!! It was very clear that Drako was socialized and played with people & dogs as he is great with both! He is the perfect addition to our family and we are so happy with him!!

I went into Brookside pups today To see what kind of puppies they had, and when I had asked to bring a puppy into the playroom, I was met with a very nasty attitude. That lady was very rude and disrespectful and did not have to treat me that way. I also did not like the way they had the puppies locked up, blocked off from any kind of human contact. their water bowls were disgusting full of poop and bedding. I’ve never seen anybody treat puppies so inhumanely before in my life. this was the worst store that I’ve ever been to and 10 out of 10 do not recommend
