Anne and her team at Pawza are simply the best. If you’re looking for a place to board your dog in a place and with an amazing person that you can trust this is the place for you. I would highly recommend this pet boarding facility over every single one in the area. I couldn’t be happier with using Plaza for the past three years for our pet.

As a first-time dog parent with a rescue baby, I admittedly was not equipped, at first, to manage my dog’s extreme anxiety and fear of everything. He did not have a good experience during his first boarding stay at another boarding facility, and he bit pet sitters on multiple occasions. It became clear to me that he would need specialized care due to his behavioral issues. After meeting a dog behaviorist and trainers to better understand him and my role as a parent, the Pawza was recommended to me. The reservation is a little more manual through the website only because they are very thorough with instructions and have many questions to better understand every dog. We met with Ann who gave us a very detailed tour. Since then we have used them 3 times for 2 very active young dogs. They are treated well and come home very happy. Ann and her staff are quite proficient at dealing with dogs of all types and personalities.

I have been boarding my dog with separation anxiety and some behavior issues with Anne at The Pawza for a little over 2 years now. I honestly don't know what I would do without her! I never worry about my dog when he is in her care. I can tell that she treats all animals that stay with her like they are her own!

Anne, the owner, is a delight. My two dogs clearly regard Anne as family, and pull like sled dogs to get in the door. I trust Anne to take care of my two large dogs, both with issues. One is timid and fearful, the other is sort of wound too tight. After an initial get to know you meeting, and a trial overnight boarding, Anne accepted my two dogs as clients. I trust her, and am confident in her approach to looking after my dogs. This is the place to talk to, if your dogs have issues that make boarding them at other kennels challenging. Pawza came highly recommended by the vet we see, who is board certified in behaviour issues and highly regarded - roughly speaking a vet who is a cannine psychiatrist.
