Moving to a new area and finding an excellent vet took some time...but we have found our forever fur baby doctors.... The staff are the Best. From the first time I dropped in to check them out, the front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Then many months later when I had to have a difficult conversation with the vet about my senior dog, she gave me all the time I needed to talk and ask questions. They definitely have you and your fur baby's best interest. Plus, they provide excellent grooming services, as well. If I could give them 10 stars ⭐ I would. You and your pet are in good hands with Brazos Bend Animal Hospital.

Very negative, loud, & obnoxious Hospital Manager, reprimands staff in earshot of customers, formulates treatment plans with technicians (also within earshot) and has a negative attitude. I won’t be returning. Highly recommend PRO K9 VETERINARIAN on Grand Pkwy.

We found Dr. Estrade after our previous vet sold their practice a few years ago and I wish we had found her sooner. She and her staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They clearly care about animals and their human parents. Our visits began with an aging senior dog. The past few years, our girl started experiencing canine cognitive disorder (think doggie dementia) as well as degenerative arthritis. Dr. Estrade offered many solutions until we found one that worked for our girl for the last year of her life. When her legs started to give out, Dr. Estrade and her team showed so much CARE and COMPASSION as we let our beloved baby go to be at peace. My boy got what I suspected to be kennel cough. I took him in & Ashley the tech was absolutely amazing with him. The vet Dr. Ragsdale was fantastic as well, she knew exactly how to handle him, was very knowledgeable & I found out she participates in high level training with her own personal dogs which I think is awesome!

I had an awesome experience with the service—everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. My cat, Cleopatra, went from being distressed to calm as soon as we arrived. The staff made me feel comfortable right from the moment I was greeted until we left. WOW! Dr. Cynthia Estrade took the time to explain everything to me as if Cleopatra were her own cat. I highly recommend this place to everyone; they truly know what they are doing!
