Everyone here is so great! They communicate throughout the grooming service to let you know when your dog will be ready. Gloria does such a great job grooming my doodle and he’s always excited to see her so that speaks volumes. Front desk guys (sorry I don’t remember their names) are always so efficient and personable.

This is my first time using a self-service dog wash. I like the whole setup. Having all those wash stations in a secured room is a great design. I washed two of our dogs. They look great. And they smell great too! lol I was very surprised how much hair came off the first dog I brought in. I really made a mess of it. You told me to not worry about it and that you would take care of it. Y'all were awesome in completely cleaning the wash station by the time I came back with Ella (pictured below). Now I gotta get our third dog in... :)

I recently took my fur baby to Pet Evolution and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both me and my pup feel right at home. The facility is spotless and well-organized, with a variety of bathing stations equipped with everything you could possibly need. The raised tubs made it easy for me to wash my dog without straining my back, and they provided high-quality shampoos and conditioners that left my pup's coat feeling soft and looking shiny. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They have a variety of grooming tools available, and I loved that I could use the blow dryer to get rid of excess water without making my dog anxious. Plus, the drying area had plenty of space and

Phenomenal place!!! The reviews don’t do this place justice. Nas (forgive me if the spelling is incorrect) did a wonderful job on our yorkie/schnauzer. He took all of our notes for what we wanted done and our pup looked fantastic! Roland was also incredible he gave us so much information on dog and cat food options and which would be best for our pets. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go again!
