The Paw Spa

Left my cat partially shaved with hair still hanging unevenly off her body. I was also charged for a bath, yet when I picked her up she smelled terrible, as if she hadn’t been washed at all. I’m very disappointed with the service. I understand that my cat can be difficult, but this groomer has worked on her before and was aware of that. If the groomer was unable to complete the service, that should have been communicated instead of partially shaving my cat and leaving her in this condition.

I took my not-so-friendly long haired feral cat in for grooming and despite being bitten more than once, the owner made him beautiful! He's so soft and clean and Pettable! I would highly recommend this pet spa.

Patient and caring! My two adult dogs and two puppies go in there with no problem. They are hard to handle sometimes and they are so very taken care of. From the bathing to hand blown dry to the nail clipping to grooming. They come out like fresh new pups and their happy! 100 out of a 10 recommend. Won’t go no where else.

I hate this place! I took my scruffy dog there (we don’t know what kind she is, she was a rescue) a neighbor recommended this place to us , so though we would give it a try. First they kept her for a long time. Which I get happened but you’ll see why I’m so upset about this. We asked just for head and they did do just that, thankfully. When we went to pick her up she was just off. She was extra skittish in the car ride home and not wanting to be touched, which she always does and is very loving towards us, and just acting weird. When we got home she went straight outside and peed for a few minutes. I don’t think they took her out to go to the bathroom once. Moral of the story,DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!
